Our refund and cancellation policy depends on the type of booking:
- Hajj & Umrah Packages: Subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies. Refunds depend on the stage of processing and deduction of any non-refundable charges.
- Tour Packages: Cancellations made at least 15 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Flight & Hotel Bookings: Refunds depend on the airline and hotel policies.
- Visa Services: Once submitted, visa fees are non-refundable.
